ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Gerald James Avila I never intended to be a writer, too many interests in other fields. My high school English teacher had a different thought. She assigned the class a three hundred word essay on your personal experience with a fellow student. I wrote about my first date, a week ago, with a girl that was far beautiful than I deserved to go on a date with. When I described, in words, how nervous I was, she concluded I was the type to write and not verbalize. It took thirty years to hear her words, but now l’m there.
